* WHERE...Portions of southern Illinois, southwest Indiana, western
Kentucky, and southeast Missouri.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT /9 AM EDT/ this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Indiana...Kentucky...Illinois...

Ohio River at Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam, and Shawneetown.

.Minor flooding is occurring along the lower Ohio River, but the
river is falling and is forecast to fall below flood stage Wednesday
at all minor flood locations.

For the Ohio River...including Mount Vernon, J.T. Myers Dam,
Shawneetown...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Ohio River at Mount Vernon.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Farm land and some main roads are flooded
in places southwest and west of Mt. Vernon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 39.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 35.0 feet.

Trial dates set for widow of murdered Evansville firefighter

Elizabeth Fox-Doerr (Vanderburgh County Jail)

Elizabeth Fox-Doerr is scheduled to go to trial for the charge of perjury in April of 2023, before going to trial for the charge of murder in May.

Two trial dates have been set for the widow of a firefighter who was murdered in Evansville, Indiana.

During a review hearing on Thursday, Elizabeth Fox-Doerr was scheduled to go on trial for perjury on April 3, 2023.

A trial date for the murder case against Fox-Doerr was scheduled for May 22, 2023.

Pre-trial conferences will be held before both trial dates in March.

After the investigation into firefighter Robert Doerr's death began back in 2019, Fox-Doerr was charged with murder in the case, along with Larry Richmond Sr. in August of 2022.

Before being arrested and charged with murder, Fox-Doerr was arrested on the charge of Perjury in July, after authorities said she committed the offense while testifying before a Vanderburgh County Grand Jury.
