Billy Ray Cyrus is no longer nursing his achy-breaky heart, as it appears to have mended just five months after his wife divorced him.

The 61-year-old country icon is engaged to Firerose, according to The Sun. She was recently photographed wearing a "big diamond ring" in an Instagram post, sparking suspicion that she and Billy Ray are getting married.

The new pair has been flooding their individual Instagram pages with PDA photos.

Last year, Billy Ray and Firerose collaborated on a song called "New Day."

According to a source, despite his divorce from Tish Cyrus and the schism between him and Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray is "happier than he has been in a long time."

His 28-year marriage to Tish had issues for a time; they had been on and off for the better part of the previous ten years.

Billy Ray and Tish were thought to have separated for some time before they announced their divorce. They hadn't cohabited in years, according to reports.

Not everyone views his choice to end his almost three-decade marriage so abruptly as he does.

It is known that there has been conflict with his daughter Miley, but everyone is optimistic that the father-daughter combo will be able to reconcile.

His other children, according to reports, have no objections to their father dating.

The source said, "Thankfully his other kids do not have an issue with him and he has just collaborated with his youngest, Noah, on a song."

Miley Cyrus, Billy Ray Cyrus' Huge Rift

Though it has been assumed that Miley Cyrus and Billy Ray Cyrus' feud began when he began dating Firerose, Radar Online said that the former "Hannah Montana" star believes her father "cashed in" on her celebrity when she portrayed the renowned Disney Channel role.

According to the insider, the actress feels it was her mother Tish who looked out for her, and that "there's a tremendous breach that may never repair."

Miley's anonymous buddy also stated that she is "very anxious" over her parents' divorce and is concerned that she would "fall off the wagon again."

After partying excessively in her twenties, Miley quit drinking and doing drugs in 2019. However, she admitted that she relapsed into drinking in early 2020, at the onset of the epidemic.

Though she is claimed to be sober again and in counseling, her parents' divorce might set off another downward spiral.
