WEST SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – Crews were called to a report of two people in the water in West Springfield on Thursday.
According to the West Springfield Fire Department, marine units were called for reports of two individuals in the water near the train tracks over the Connecticut River.
Once crews arrived, Lieutenant Spear told 22News the people were divers and no emergency was needed.
