Art studio, apartments, athletic center planned for $10 million Buffalo project

BUFFALO, N.Y. — An investment partnership led by attorney Corey Hogan and Town of Amherst Supervisor Brian Kulpa is working on a $10 million mixed-use development in Buffalo’s Black Rock neighborhood.

Niagara Street LLC – an investment group including Hogan, Kulpa and Kevin Kirby from Avant Realty LLC — bought three properties at 1932 Niagara St., 1940 Niagara St. and a vacant lot at 1962 Niagara St. from Charles Leone Jr.’s Endless Enterprises LLC for $1 million, according to a Sept. 7 filing in the Erie County Clerk’s office.

The project would be anchored by an art studio and athletic center and would also include up to 24 apartments.
