Plano police are asking for the public's help to find a man they say is a peeping Tom -- and they have video and photos too.
The video comes from a recent incident at a home on Premier Drive where a man is seen, after dark, peering through a window. He is heavily tattooed on the arms and one of the tattoos on his left arm reads "Elijah" in cursive script.
Plano police are hoping to get some tips from people who recognize him.
