Alleged Victim Turns Knife on Suspect in MacArthur Park Stabbing

Westlake, Los Angeles, CA: A man attempted to stab another man in MacArthur Park when the alleged victim took the knife and turned it on the suspect. The incident occurred Wednesday, Sept. 28, at approximately 12:23 a.m. in the Westlake neighborhood of Central Los Angeles.

The victim called the Los Angeles Police Department to report he had stabbed a man who had attempted to stab him. It is not known at this time if this was an attempted robbery.

LAPD Rampart Division officers responded to the intersection of South Park View Street and West 6th Street where they located a man with multiple stab wounds.

The Los Angeles Fire Department transported that victim to a local hospital in unknown condition. LAPD rampart officers then took the possible victim into custody pending their investigation near the intersection of South Park View Street and Wilshire Boulevard.
