Doctor Who has announced a vinyl boxset release for one of Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor audio plays.
A limited-edition signed box for Baker's 2010 story 'Demon Quest' has been put up for pre-order by Zavvi for £169.99, with the price slashed £20 right now. The set releases officially on December 2, 2022.
This five-story serial is a sequel to the Big Finish audio drama arc 'Hornets' Nest', which was broadcast on BBC Radio 4 Extra in 2016.
In the series, The Doctor (Baker) and his housekeeper Mrs Wibbsey (Susan Jameson) must travel through time and space to recover items stolen from the TARDIS.

Their travels take them from Ancient Britain to 1884 Paris to 1976 New York City, and along the way, they reunite with The Doctor's old UNIT comrade Mike Yates (Richard Franklin). Their travels lead them to a mysterious entity known as the Demon at the edge of the universe.
'Demon Quest' was written for Big Finish by Paul Magrs, who has also penned stories for the company for the Eighth Doctor and created the spinoff character Iris Wildthyme.
This limited edition box set features alternating red and black vinyl discs, as well as a 16-page full colour booklet illustrating The Doctor's travels through 'Demon Quest'.
