Andrew W. Ullmer, no log book in possession, $135 fine.

Trey T. Nation, theft, unauthorized control over property exceeding $1,500, first offense, felony, transferred to Toole County District Court.

Kristin M. Soucek, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 79/70, $20 fine.

Joseph R. Lamoureux, exceeding 34,000 lbs. tandem axle weight limit, $110 fine.

Baljinder S. Bhullar, failure to obey direction to be weighed, $235 fine.

Heinrich Nm Bueckert-Reimner, no log book in possession, $135 fine.

Baljinder Singh, failure to obey direction to be weighed, $235 fine.

Patricia D. Lennon, speeding on non-interstate, exceeding daytime limit, 80/70, $20 fine.

Francis J. Buck III, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, not otherwise provided for in subsection 45-9-102(1) or (2), felony, transferred to Toole County District Court.
