PORTLAND, Ore. —
Portland Police say the man who was shot and killed on Sunday morning was related to the suspect, now identified as his twin brother.

Police have identified the killer from the Sunday morning shooting at Northeast 82nd Avenue and Sandy Boulevard as 26-year-old Martre Tirik Oliver.
Oliver was arrested Tuesday night, September 27 by the U.S. Marshals in Renton, Washington.
He is being charged with murder in the second degree and unlawful use of a weapon (firearm) for the murder of his twin brother, Martese Oliver.
No other information was released, and police continue the investigation.
