To celebrate Pilot International Founders’ Month, the Pilot Club of Great Bend annually honors one of their members by designating them Pilot International Club Ambassador. Vicki Richardson was chosen as the Great Bend Pilot International (PI) Ambassador for 2022 - 2023.
The PI Ambassador is a member who has an active role within the club, promotes and supports its activities, is active in projects that address Pilot International’s core areas of service focus: Brain Safety & Fitness, and Caring for Families in Times of Need; and faithfully attends meeting, giving generously of her time to assist with service projects and fundraising activities.
The Pilot Club of Great Bend also made a contribution to the Pilot International Founders Fund in Vicki’s honor. The Pilot International Founders Fund provides scholarships that support graduate and undergraduate students working in fields related to Pilot International’s main areas of service focus. Pilot International and its local Pilot Clubs are able to improve the lives of others through education, volunteerism, financial support and research.
