Texarkana Police Need Help Locating Men with Commercial Theft Warrants

The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department needs your help in looking for two men who have warrants out for their arrest for alleged breaking and entering, and theft of a commercial property.
Last week the TAPD and TTPD worked together when they located and arrested three men for commercial robbery. At that time they stated that more arrests were to come.

Now they are asking for help from the Texarkana community to locate these two men. Could these be related to the earlier arrests?

According to the TAPD Facebook page, they are looking for:
Joshua Lamar Rigsby 39-year-old black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5'4" and weighs 175lbs. He is wanted for commercial burglary and breaking and entering.

Cleveland Watson Jr 53 years of age is also wanted. He is a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5'11" and weighs 175 lbs. He is also wanted for commercial burglary and breaking and entering.
