Like, how did Riverdale go from "teenage Archie balances his love of football with his love of music" to "a bomb explodes under Archie's bed and gives him the superpower of invincibility"?
Or there's Izzie's romance with Denny's ghost on Grey's Anatomy...
And what about the last episode of Sherlock Season 3, where Sherlock somehow blocked out the fact that he grew up with a sister who's now imprisoned?
Or that One Tree Hill scene where a dog eats Dan Scott’s heart?
