Nine Perfect Strangers starts tonight at 10.00 pm, so anyone who hasn't already watched it on Amazon Prime may want to tune in. I haven't read the book or know anything much about it, apart from Nicole Kidman being in it.

Enjoyed the first episode. 9 good characters, and a retreat where everyone (including the staff) has more than a few problems.

I saw the first ep, but I'm not sure I'll continue with it. Not really my thing, but it's got a good cast.

For those who have seen The White Lotus, is it similar?

So far, so good. Intrigued enough by all their back stories to want to know more.

Call that a peaceful retreat? It’s more like somebody’s house (which it probably is) rather than a health spa.

I’d be straight out of there and demanding my money back.

So boring and even with Nicole Kidman can’t get my attention as she’s just as boring so have deleted on Planner.

I thought it was the wrong move to have very little happening in episode 2. After last week's scene setter, they needed to grab the audience this week. I'll stick with it for now but get on with it, I haven't got all day!

    Seems to have disappeared now.
Chanel 4 are weird . I used to be their biggest fan, but they have gone in the wrong direction.

Episode 5 is on Monday 31st at 11.05. No idea why the day has changed.

They can't seem to decide on their target audience, so mess around with the scheduling, until they have none!

Channel 4 and E4 are the pits when it comes to scheduling. Why do I even bother. At least I never watch it live so hopefully my box will pick up the new day and time.

I'm mostly liking it. The only character who really isn't working for me is Carmel. I get what they are trying to do, but I'm not buying her flips between her being timid and then rage-filled. I'm not sure if it's the writing or the actor.

I don't know who's sending the threats to Masha, but I kinda hope it is Delilah.

Carmel is very different in the book.

I think we watched three or four episodes on Prime & gave up. It was going nowhere.

I'm enjoying it more as it progresses. Getting invested in the characters and also liking the friendships that are developing between them.

The title doesn't fit the story since they weren't all strangers to each other at the start - one family and a married couple, plus two of the others were famous enough to have fans among the group.

Very late to this party but just wanted to say how much I'm LOVING this series. Trippy, sassy, shocking, unpredictable, funny, moving - with interesting, brilliantly acted characters - god I've missed drama of this quality!

I absolutely love the theme song/music as well, it's so catchy!

My interpretation is that they are strangers to Masha not each other. She’s picked nine people that she doesn’t know but who she feels are perfect for her weird therapy programme.

I think this is a fascinating and enjoyable drama. The characters are intriguing and the acting is brilliant.
