Billionaire MacKenzie Scott is donating $15 million to Kansas City nonprofit Health Forward Foundation.
The nonprofit plans to use the funding to invest in affordable housing and homeownership initiatives.
It was the second donation within a week that Scott has made to a Kansas City nonprofit. Junior Achievement of Greater Kansas City recently received a $1 million donation from the billionaire.
