During a Weatherford Regional Hospital Board Authority meeting Monday, the board went into executive session and was presented a financial report.
“We will be going into executive session for our annual review of CEO Brian Denton,” Chairman Doug Misak said.
Following the executive session Misak said the board was pleased with Denton’s performance.
“The board had no surprises. We will receive a financial evaluation from SSM and present our evaluation to Brian,” Misak said.
Misak also said after the information is presented to Denton, more information would be shared with the Weatherford Daily News.
“For the month of August we had a small operating loss of $3,509 which is much better than what we have seen the last several months. That left us with a net profit of $35,320 for the month and a year-to-date loss of $1,176,211. COVID-19 revenue has not been booked to offset that yet,” Buss said.
