INDIANAPOLIS (Triple-A, 74-74) only mustered two hits in another blowout loss to Columbus (Guardians), 7-1. RHP Quinn Priester (1-1, 3.86) started and went 4.1 innings, allowing four runs on three hits, including a home run, walking five and striking out four. RHP Colin Selby (3.00) followed and went two-thirds of an inning, striking out two while allowing no hits or runs. RHP Jeremy Beasley (2.61) allowed three runs on two hits and one walk without recording an out. RHP Junior Fernandez (4.87) went an inning, gave up one hit and fanned two. RHPs John O’Reilly (5.84) and Nick Mears (4.74) each went an inning and allowed no runs or hits. CF Jared Oliva (.266) scored the only Indianapolis run in the bottom of the first off a Columbus throwing error. LF Brendt Citta (.264) and RF Travis Swaggerty (.256) each hit a single and were the only Indians to get hits. 2B Tucupita Marcano (.287) went 0 for 4 with three strikeouts and 1B Mason Martin (.211) went 0 for 2 with a walk.
