Attorneys for Adam Price are arguing that his conversations with a California priest should not be included in evidence in his murder trial. Price is accused of killing his two children and leaving them in a Bellevue home while he took off to the west coast. Prosecutors said today testimony from the priest should be included. The court decided it will allow them to be deposed remotely because of transportation issues — that should happen within the next two weeks. Following this, the judge will then review depositions and decide what to do next.
