The Boston man accused of fatally shooting Rochester Police Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz is among three people indicted on murder charges for a separate killing.
A grand jury indictment unsealed Tuesday charges Kelvin Vickers, Deadrick Fulwiley and Raheim Robinson with four counts of first-degree murder for the shooting deaths of Richard Collinge and MyJel Rand on North Clinton Avenue July 20.

All three suspects are charged with the attempted murder of a third victim and six counts of criminal possession of a weapon. They also face arson charges for an incident that happened later that day.
The suspects are also indicted on charges of reckless endangerment and six more counts criminal possession of a weapon for a separate shooting one day prior.
Vickers is being held in Monroe County Jail for Mazurkiewicz's murder.
Fulwiley is being held in Monroe County Jail on weapons charges.
Vickers and Fulwiley will be arraigned Thursday.
Robinson was arrested in Boston and will be arraigned following his extradition to Rochester.
