Ooh, will he be talking about The Archers for a full half hour?

Seriously, what is it about some broadcasters......who are after all employed as freelancers think they have a job for life? Wasn't a job for life once defined as employment up until retirement age? Roger, you are 76, chill out, retire and move over and let the next generation get jobs.

He should take advice from Eddie Mair who has bowed out gracefully from broadcasting and retired.

Just another echo chamber podcast 🥱 When I reach retirement age, my company will make me retire. It's not ageism. Why should the media be different?

Couldn't agree more... everything needs freshening up after a time and him and his show are no different

I've always enjoyed Feedback with Roger and there's nowt wrong with him doing the odd podcast but that title just reeks of bitterness.

A good listen, although now it's a podcast Roger sounds like he's trying a bit too hard to be down with the kidz in his presentational style.

Have to say I was a bit surprised that guest Richard Ayre - a major force behind BBC preparations for the Queen's funeral when he worked there - kept referring to her late majesty as head of government rather than head of state.

Ageism. The last bastion of articulated prejudices.
