DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN)— After an investigation by the DPD, an Ozark man has been accused of soliciting a child electronically.
Dothan Police began an investigation after being notified of a situation involving an adult male allegedly attempting to solicit a juvenile and get them to engage in sexual activities.
Dexter Marquis Curry, 31, of Ozark has been arrested and charged with one count of electronic solicitation of a child.
According to DPD, after the investigation, it was determined there was sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation.
Curry was charged with a bond set at $30,000.
