Boomer breaks down all that's wrong with Giants broken offense

The Giants managed just 16 points in Monday’s loss to the Cowboys, and Boomer sees big problems with the Big Blue offense.

“This was just another typical Giants low-scoring, slug-it-out offensive game where the offensive line gets overwhelmed and the quarterback is running around,” Boomer said.

“They’re not making any plays down the field like we see with the far majority of NFL teams. They have no presence at tight end, they just lost their best wide receiver, I don’t know what Kadarius Toney is doing.”

Boomer also still wants to see more chances for Kenny Golladay, but doesn’t believe Daniel Jones is ever looking for him downfield.

“They have no synchronicity,” Boomer said. “He’s not even looking at him.”

Jones faced significant pressure on Monday, getting sacked five times and hit while throwing a dozen times, but Boomer still doesn’t see nearly enough pocket presence or “spatial awareness” from the quarterback, and sees a broken offense that will continue to have problems unless there are big changes.
