Sharon Selley, Hastings, NE, was driving on I80 at the 97 mile marker, when Anthony Foster, Omaha, NE, tried to merge onto the interstate from the exit ramp.  Mr. Foster struck Ms. Selley’s vehicle and then continued driving.  No injuries were reported and damage to Ms. Selley’s vehicle was estimated at $4000.  Damage to Mr. Foster’s vehicle was estimated at $1000.

Monday, September 26th

Alicia Wise, age 31, 130 E Maxwelton Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms. 

Amie Smith, Perry, was driving in the 24000 block of N Ave, when she failed to see traffic slowed/stopped in front of her.  She was unable to stop and struck a vehicle driven by Melissa Dorman, Perry.  Ms Dorman’s car then struck a vehicle driven by Brandon Biere, Ankeny.  No injuries were transported by EMS.  Damage to Ms. Smith’s car was estimated at $2000.  Damage to Ms. Dorman’s car was estimated at $5000 and damage to Mr. Biere’s car was estimated at $2000.  Ms. Smith was cited for Failure To Stop In Assured Clear Distance.
