16th Annual PAWS Mutt Strut – At 11 a.m. at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, 4747 S. Broad St. (check-in 10 a.m.). The fall festival for dogs and the people who love them includes live music, contests, agility courses, demonstrations, a pet photo booth and prizes.
