BRING THEIR INVESTIGATION TO A QUICK CONCLUSION. KEITH BERNASCONI IS CHARGED WITH TWO COUNTS OF ATTEMPTED FELONIOUS SEXUAL ASSAULT AND BREACH OF BAIL CONDITIONS. THE FIRST INCIDENT OCCURRED LAST WEDNESDAY ON A TRAIL AND MINE FALLS PARK. ACCORDING TO THE AFFIDAVIT. TWO FEMALE MEMBERS OF A CROSS-COUNTRY TEAM REPORTED THAT A MAN EXPOSED HIMSELF TO THEM, STARTING THE INVESTIGATION. THE GIRLS THAT WERE INVOLVED IN THIS WERE VERY BRAVE. THEY DID THE EXACT RIGHT THING GOING FORWARD TO THEIR COACHES AND TO AN ADULT REPORTING THE INCIDENT THAT OCCURRED IN THE PARK. THEN IN THE SAME AREA OF THE PARK ON THURSDAY, THE COURT PAPERWORK SAYS TWO GIRLS AGES 14 AND 15, REPORTED THAT A MAN HAD ASKED THEM IF THEY WANTED TO HAVE SEX. WE CONDUCTED A SERIES OF INTERVIEWS REGARDING THE FOUR JUVENILES THAT WERE INVOLVED. BASED ON THEIR DESCRIPTIONS, WE WERE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AS BERNASCONI IS THE OFFENDER. BERNASCONI DENIED BEING INVOLVED, BUT A SEARCH OF HIS RESIDENCE ALSO TURNED UP SOME OF THE CLOTHING THAT THE GIRLS DESCRIBED.
