In the evening on Sept. 26, a man asked an employee of EZ Auto Sales, located at 3199 Richmond Highway, to see the Mercedes, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
When the suspect got into the car, he pulled out a weapon and drove off, authorities reported.
The thief was described as a skinny black man, about 6'0, with a circle tattoo on his neck, police said.
