Wednesday starts off bright, but clouds increase in the afternoon thanks to a weak cold front approaching from the northwest. Any precipitation associated with this front is expected to evaporate prior to reaching the Ocean State.
Once the cold front clears the region Wednesday night, high pressure builds into the northeast leading to a pleasant stretch of fall weather with a fair amount of sunshine heading into the weekend.
