After being closed for more than a year, The Neighbors @ The Ice House has now reopened. The subject came up in Kathy’s Mailbag in The News-Gazette last week. There was a soft opening a couple of weeks ago, and is now open every day.
The Ice House has been owned by Mary Petry since 2009, though it was leased to Adam Shallenburger and Richard Stone for a few years until its closing. Petry is back in charge, with Diane Bennett managing the bar.
They plan to have food trucks regularly.
