United Way Mission: To improve lives by the caring power of communities. United Way fights for the health/ safety, education and financial stability of every person in our community. But we are more than fundraisers. We are hand raisers. We raise our hands not only to lead the fight, but to reach out to people who need help. And Hope!!

Since 1938 United Way of Ponca City has been bringing our community together to focus on the most important human needs — building partnerships, forging consensus and leveraging resources to make a measurable difference. United Way and its partner agencies focus on community needs under 3 focus areas, Education, Financial Stability and Health/Safety. We want to help children and youth succeed, strengthen and support families, promoting selfsufficiency, collaborating to insure vital and safe neighborhoods, and supporting vulnerable and aging populations. A lot has changed since 1938. But the one thing that has remained the same is the giving spirit of the citizens of Ponca City. Together we can fight for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our community. With eyes on a stronger tomorrow, we can make a difference today.

THE DIFFERNCE YOUR DOLLAR MAKES IN A YEAR $5 per week: For the price of a cup of coffee, your gift can help keep utilities on for a family or food on the table.

$10 per week: For the price of a small pizza, your gift can provide a delivered hot meal to a homebound Senior or provide transportation to a Doctor.

$20 per week: For the price of 2 Large Pizza, your gift can provide 2 weeks of meals for a family of 4.

$30 per week: For the price of two going out for dinner, your gift can provide 3 days of shelter for the homeless.

United Way of Ponca City invest resources for the most important needs by partnering with new and existing programs to produce measurable, effective results.
