Craig couldn't have picked a more authoritative and knowledgeable source for the subject of this interview than David Sloan. Sloan doesn't miss a beat, with his "love and limes" approach to the subject. The historical context —to the fruit and the pies— sheds light on Florida's favorite dessert offering. Sorry strawberry shortcake.
