Police are searching for Richard M. Catena, 43, of Tamaqua, after he failed to show up for a court conference on Sept. 14.

Catena last lived at 259 Lafayette St. Apt # 2, according to online court records.

He’s facing felony charges of burglary and criminal trespass and a misdemeanor charge of impersonating a public servant.

State police at Frackville charged Catena after he broke into a Shenandoah apartment, scuffled with a man inside, then fled before police arrived.

Catena is a white man, 5 feet-5-inches tall, and weighs about 175 pounds.
