A public groundbreaking ceremony will take place this week for the Wayne County Public Library’s new branch in Rittman.  The groundbreaking is scheduled for Friday morning, beginning at 11 o’clock, on North Main Street, just north of the Server Café.  The $5.9 million project is being paid for with a low-interest loan.  According to the library’s director, the hope is to move into the new branch next June, and then be open to the public soon after that.
