Howard County 4-H food challenge team cooks up a first place finish

The Howard County 4-H food challenge teams competed in the state food challenge competition last month and the senior team, Seniors with Spatulas finished in first place and will be attending the National food challenge competition at the Texas State Fair in October. They also received the best dressed award.

The junior team, the Howard County Choppers placed first and Anna Kate McKinnon was awarded the Iron Chef award in her division.

The Little Food Choppers and the Little Choppers also represented Howard County 4-H in the competition.
