UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. – University City is seeking $7 million from the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency.
The city is asking for the state and federal disaster relief funding to buy homes that frequently flood, which is what happened in July. The city has submitted buyout documentation for 24 properties on the Wilson and Burch streets.
