Louisville Metro Police Department have arrested a man accused in a deadly DUI crash.According to an arrest slip, Shwe Tun, 55, was driving south in the 5600 block of New Cut Road on Sunday night when he turned into a driveway, in front of a motorcycle. The slip said that the motorcycle hit the left side of the car and slid roughly 100 feet.The motorcyclist, a 53-year-old man, was taken to UofL Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.The arrest slip said Tun was given sobriety tests and when he was given a breathalyzer test, he blew a BAC of .149, which is almost twice the legal limit in Kentucky.Tun is facing charges of murder and operating a vehicle while under the influence.He is being held on bond at $250,000 and is set to be arraigned in court on Tuesday morning.
