Webber, Julia Cunningham 4Julia C. “Granny” Webber, 78, of Elliston, Virginia, was called home on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Julia was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel and Charles Cunningham; husband, Jack Webber; siblings, Sonny Cunningham, Lloyd Simmons, Loraine Bare, Peggy Buck, Barbara Wendell, and Thomas Cunningham; granddaughter, Brittany Rhoton; and son-in-law, Wayne Spencer.

Surviving are her daughters, Catherine Moulton, Angela Foutz, Debbie Worrell (Darrell), Rhonda Bennett, Donna Spencer, and Melissa Oliver. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Wayne Saunders (Christy), Angel Reynolds, Jasmine “JayJay” Thompson, Race Foutz, Jaclyn Foutz, Mekayla Kellis, and many more; great-grandchildren, Aiden Rhoton, Cayleigh Reynolds, Austin Saunders, Jordan Saunders, and Maddi Foutz; siblings, Mary Dillon, Richard Simmons, Robert Cunningham, and Clifton Cunningham; and many nieces and nephews.

She loved Gospel music, supporting Holocaust survivors, supporting those in Ukraine, and helping anyone who needed it.

Julia’s funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2022, at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel with Pastor Steve Garay officiating. Interment will follow at the Cunningham-Harmon Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on both Thursday, September 29, 2022, and Friday, September 30, 2022, at Oakey’s Vinton Chapel.
