The incident happened just before 11:00am at the intersection of Route 901 and Route 54 in Mount Carmel Township, approximately a 1/2 mile from the Northumberland/Schuylkill County line, when a tractor trailer hauling garbage overturned.
Route 901 reopened just after 3:30pm
There is no word on if the driver was injured in the crash.
Joe Semanchik, who was traveling east on Route 901 at the time, caught the whole crash on video, as the tractor trailer took the turn too fast.
