The Georgia State Fair opens its gates on Friday, September 29 – Sunday, October 8 for fun-seekers of all ages! Atlanta residents and visitors in search of thrilling adventure, lively entertainment and mouthwatering fair food are encouraged to join the festivities with family and friends at one of the state’s most anticipated fall events.
The Georgia State Fair boasts a number of exhilarating rides and interactive games. Fair food lovers are invited to indulge in all-time fair classics, like fluffy cotton candy, candy apples, funnel cakes and more!

- Monday – Thursday: 4 pm - 10 pm
- Friday – 4 pm - 11 pm
- Saturday 11 am - 11 pm
- Sunday: 11 am - 10 pm

Fair Admission Fees:
All Shows/Special Events are included in the price of Admission. All seating is General Admission – Festival Style.
- Adults(13 and older): $10.00 at the gate
- Youth (5 - 12): $5.00 at the gate
- Children (4 and under): Free
- Seniors - (65 and older): $5.00 at the gate
Ride Wristbands:
(Good for unlimited rides on the Midway)
- $25 all ages
- $30 all ages on Saturdays & Sundays
- 2 FOR $40 Tuesday & Thursday.
Wristbands will be valid from opening until closing. Wristbands are available at the ticket booths inside the fair!
MILITARY APPRECIATION DISCOUNTS
All current (ACTIVE) military personnel receive a discounted ticket at the door every day ($5.00 with ID vs. $10.00). Military ID Required (only valid for the actual Military Cardholder)
NO UNDERAGE DROP-OFFS! Youth MUST be accompanied by an adult (age 25 or older) at the fair!
