MIDDLETOWN – It has been one week since Amayalise Perez disappeared. The 14-year-old Middletown girl was last seen leaving her friend’s house on Hanford Street in the City of Middletown on last Tuesday, September 20.
Amayalise is about five feet, two inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, and with brown hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing black jeans and a sweater with the word “Vape” across the front.
Anyone with information concerning Amayalise’s whereabouts is asked to call Wallkill Town Police at 845-692-6757.
