Driver hospitalized in morning crash on I-84 in Danbury
Police say the truck crashed off the highway and went down into the woods near Lake Avenue Extension around 3:20 a.m. Monday.

6h agoA truck driver was hospitalized as the result of an early morning crash on I-84 in Danbury.
Police say the truck crashed off the highway and went down into the woods near Lake Avenue Extension around 3:20 a.m. Monday.
Officers say an employee of the Ethan Allen Inn pulled the driver to safety.
Crews had to clear brush in order to access the scene.
There is no word on the driver’s condition.
Danbury Fire Department released photos of the accident on their Facebook page.
