Christian County Relay for Life is coming up Friday night at the SportsPlex.
Relay Chair Crystal Hightower says it all begins at 6 p.m., this year’s theme is “It’s a Celebration,” and all of the teams will be doing what they can to raise money for the American Cancer Society in hopes of one day finding a cure.
There will be a cornhole tournament, with the $20 entry fee to go toward the Relay total.
The luminary ceremony is at 9 this year and there will be a showing of the movie Hocus Pocus 2 after that with concessions to be sold.
While it’s too late to get names on the program, you will still be able to purchase a luminary in honor of a loved one at the Relay event.
