The Salem Wildcat golfers were 4th out of the 10 team field at the Orphan Invitational on Saturday. The team of Jairen Stroud and Logan Lockhart finished 5th shooting a 71. The team of Cale Harris and Brogan Gregg shot 77 and Matt Slover and Hunter Russell shot 76.
St Anthony won the team title with a 211 followed by Highland 214, Alton 220 and then Salem 224. Nashville was 5th then Centralia, Wesclin, Mt Vernon, Carbondale and Marion.
The Salem Wildcats JV is in action today at home against Fairfield and Woodlawn.
In varsity action, Christ Our Rock will play at the St Clair Country Club.
