INSTALLING A UTILITY LINE THERE. AND WE HAVE A HEADS UP FOR OVERNIGHT. DRIVERS IN WEST DES MOINES. ALL EASTBOUND LANES AND ONE LANE IN THE WESTBOUND OF I-80 IS SET TO CLOSE OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. THE CLOSURE WILL BE BETWEEN GRAND PARKWAY AND JORDAN CREEK PARKWAY LASTING FROM TEN UNTIL FIVE IN THE MORNING. CREWS WILL BE SETTING BEAMS FOR THE NEW ASHWORTH ROAD BRIDGE OVER I-80. A heads up to overnight drivers in West Des Moines. All eastbound lanes and one lane of westbound I-80 are set to close overnight Monday night.The closure will be between Grand Prairie Parkway and Jordan Creek Parkway, lasting from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.Crews will be setting beams for the new Ashworth Road Bridge over Interstate 80.A detour will be in place to get around the construction. The closures are scheduled for both tonight and Tuesday night.More closures in that area are anticipated throughout the fall season.
