No injuries after early morning house fire on Willow Street in Winnsboro

FAIRFIELD CO., S.C. (WOLO) – Fairfield County firefighters say no one is hurt after a house fire in Winnsboro this morning.

It happened after 2 a.m. on Willow Street, where firefighters say the fire was showing from the back side of the home.

According to investigators, it took about an hour to bring the fire under control and several hours to complete the overhaul.

Authorities say no one was at home at the time of the fire as it appeared to be under renovation.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
