No Cook Tuesdays return

Bethel Park Recreation’s No Cook Tuesdays are returning, from 4 to 7 p.m. each week at the Bethel Park Community Center, 5151 Park Ave.

Three food trucks are being scheduled for each event. New this year are live music and Jodikinos Farm Market with fresh produce, chrysanthemums, cornstalks and pumpkins.

Car cruise rescheduled

The 12th annual Pasta Too Rev ’Em Up for Kids Car Cruise has been rescheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 8 at the South Park Wave Pool Complex, a different location than the originally scheduled event, which was rained out on Sept. 4.

The event benefits Bethel Park recreation, including field improvements. Admission is $5 for show vehicles, and donations will be accepted from spectators.

Tailgate party

South Hills Church of the Nazarene, 5601 Library Road, Bethel Park, will host a tailgate party featuring Pittsburgh vs. Buffalo on the big screen at 1 p.m. Oct. 9.

Lunch service starts at 11:30 a.m., with hamburgers and hot dogs provided. Drinks, snacks and s’mores supplies will be available for purchase to support the church teens’ trip to their youth conference. This event is free and open to the public, and replaces the previously scheduled fall festival advertised for Oct. 15
