This past week, the boy’s and girls’ golf teams were able to find success. On the boy’s side, Colton Owen placed third overall with a score of 73. The boy’s team was able to place runner-up in the district. On the girl’s side, Maggie Huckaby placed fifth overall with a score of 96. With this, both teams will be able to compete in the Regional Tournament on Friday, Sept. 23.
In other news, the Chester County chorus will be performing Friday, Sept. 23 at the Chester County BBQ festival at 5 p.m. The chorus is led by Janet Sain. Feel free to come out and show your support!
On the homecoming side of things, the Homecoming Court class representatives were announced this past week. The freshman representative is Kynliegh Butler. The sophomore representative is Aubrey Cupples. The junior representative is Katie Lovelace. Finally, the three senior representatives are Sydney Stout, Madison Brea, and Kristen Daniel. These three will be able to compete for a queen this coming Friday at the football game!
I want to continue to thank the City of Henderson and Chester County for their continued support of us here at CCHS.
God Bless and Go Eagles!
