NBA fans are even more curious about Ime Udoka's transgressions after Matt Barnes withdrew his support.

The bombshell that has recently rocked the NBA world is the year-long suspension of Boston Celtics' Head Coach Ime Udoka. An inappropriate workplace relationship, initially reported as consensual, seems to be why Udoka has been suspended. But since the news broke without much concrete information, there has been a lot of speculation about what exactly has gone on.

Players and media members have come out to speak on it, with some supporting Udoka and others lamenting the fallout of the vague reporting. The women in the Celtics' organization have been impacted heavily by the speculation, which Brad Stevens spoke out against. But there have been those that suggested following the initial reports that Udoka's punishment has been too harsh, with former player and media member Matt Barnes being one of them.

However, there was another twist in the tale recently, with Barnes speaking about the situation in a short video. In that, he withdrew his support, claiming that after learning the truth about what has gone on, he cannot condone some of the things that were done. This has only fuelled the fire though, with many fans now more curious than ever about what is going on.

NBA Fans Can't Fathom What Exactly Ime Udoka Could Have Done After Matt Barnes' Latest Statement

Matt Barnes has always been a fiery figure, someone that wasn't afraid to get in people's faces and get his hands dirty. His beef with Derek Fisher, which escalated into violence, is an example of Barnes himself being a hothead. So when he suggested that he couldn't condone Udoka's actions, fans' imaginations started to run a little wild on Reddit

"If Matt Barnes thinks something is wrong, then it's time to legitimately worry."

"Damn what the hell happened lmao."

"This is the man who has once said 'Violence is not the answer but sometimes it is.'"

"Seriously what the f**k is going on, this is ridiculously concerning. No one would say this if all he did was sleep with a staffer."

"You know sh*t's f**ked when Matt Barnes is saying this."

"This guy drove 90 miles just to whoop Derek Fisher's a**. If HE says its bad, then I don't know what to expect."

"For real. If Matt Barnes says a situation is messy....watch out."

"These statements are making it so much worse."

"My speculation is that it's more about legal issues than competitive stuff. I think the team is taking their time to make sure they have everything perfectly squared away."

"These takes make me thing the whole thing is more messed up than we realize."

"Man, this stuff needs to come out."

"Matt Barnes thinks this is too messed up for him? Yeah, man Ime gone."

It remains to be seen if the entire truth about the Ime Udoka situation will ever come out. Considering how high-profile it is though, there will likely be more information at some point along the way. One way or another, it's becoming increasingly evident that there is more to this than meets the eye.
