Ime Udoka's suspension suggests much more than a consensual relationship

When news of Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka’s scandal and yearlong suspension broke, the initial reporting described the relationship Udoka had with a female team employee as consensual.

It didn’t take long, however, to learn an independent investigation into that ostensibly consensual relationship was launched after “unwanted comments” had been made by the Celtics head coach. Then Celtics lead Governor Wyc Grousbeck, in a press conference, described the situation as multiple violations of team policy.

What does all of this mean for Boston?

The hosts of the NBC Sports “Brother From Another” show, Shalise Manza Young and Michael Holley, recently discussed whether the relationship was, in fact, actually consensual given the power dynamics that might be at play and the details we have learned since.

Take a look at the clip embedded above to hear what they had to say.
