ARLINGTON, Texas – The No.10 Razorbacks are on the road and headed south to face the Texas A&M Aggies in AT&T Stadium.

The Southwest Classic will kickoff at 6 p.m. in the Dallas Cowboy’s Stadium. Fans at home can watch the game on ESPN or the ESPN app.

Final:

The #10 ranked Razorbacks ended up losing a close one to the Aggies 23-21, giving the team their first loss in conference play as they wait for their huge matchup against Alabama next week in Fayetteville.

4th Quarter:

Not to be denied, the Razorbacks offense came roaring back to start the 4th quarter with a 13 play, 74 yard drive which was capped by a six yard run by KJ Jefferson to make the score 23-21 Aggies.

With the Razorbacks trailing by two with 1:30 left in the game, a 42-yard field goal attempt by Cam Little bounced off of the top of the uprights and the Hogs ended up losing the game 23-21.

3rd Quarter:

The Aggies started the 2nd half off with the football and capped a six play drive with a nine yard touchdown run by Devon Achane to give them their first lead of the game at 20-14.

After Arkansas punted the ball away after a 3-and-out, the Aggies scored again on a 31-yard field goal from Randy Bond to take the lead 23-14.

2nd Quarter:

Arkansas started the 2nd quarter with the ball, but ended up punting it away. The Aggies would later go on to score on a 10 yard td pass from Max Johnson to Evan Stewart to bring the score to 14-7 Arkansas.

The Razorbacks responded by bringing the ball all the way down to the A&M 3 yard line, but when KJ Jefferson took the ball on a QB sneak, it was knocked loose and recovered by the Aggies’ Demani Richardson brought the ball back for a score. The Aggies then missed the two-point conversion attempt, leaving the score 14-13 Arkansas.

1st Quarter:

The Hogs received the kickoff first but both teams would end up punting the ball away at the end of their first possession. When the Hogs would return to offense however, they managed to get their first lead of the game after a 32 yard TD pass from KJ Jefferson to Ketron Jackson Jr to go ahead 7-0.

After forcing the Aggies to punt once again, the Hogs went back to the air and scored on a 56 yard TD strike from KJ Jefferson to Warren Thompson to put Arkansas up 14-0 with five minutes left in the first quarter.
