The Witcher season 3 is not coming in 2022

Cavill showed up at TUDUM and let everyone know that The Witcher season 3 is confirmed for summer 2023! That’s a long time from now, but I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait!

The cast also shared a new sneak peek behind-the-scenes footage from The Witcher season 3 at TUDUM.

The Witcher is an adaptation of the popular book series of the same name by Andrzej Sapkowski. Apart from the books and the Netflix show, fans of the franchise are also super into the video games which serve as a sequel series to the books. Fans were excited when it was announced in 2018 that Cavill, best known for playing Superman, would be portraying protagonist Geralt. He’s done an awesome job bringing the character to life.

The series premiered in December 2019 and it didn’t take long for it to become a major hit for Netflix. Stay tuned for more updates on The Witcher season 3!
