COLUMBUS – Carl Crooks was born Jan. 26, 1945, in Columbus and passed away on Sept. 16, 2022.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Martha Crooks; and his brother, Ray (Bud) Crooks. 

Carl is survived by his beloved wife, Barbara; nieces Lisa M. Justi and Cathy Nordyke; brother-in-law Mike Cornelius; and sisters-in-law Nancy (Ron) Davis; Marsha Crooks and Monika Nolte; and family dogs and numerous cousins. 

Carl graduated from Whetstone High School and Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. He was loved by many who will miss his presence in their lives. Private graveside service.
